On May 17th, Buyang Group signed a tripartite agreement with Jinhua Vocational and Technical School and Yongkang Vocational and Technical School to establish the Buyang Class. The signing ceremony was grandly held at Yongkang Vocational and Technical School, presided over by Xia Qiming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yongkang Vocational and Technical School.

Ni Shuping, Director of Academic Affairs at Jinhua Vocational and Technical School, and Wang Zhongbao, Executive Vice Dean of Yongkang Hardware Technician College, respectively introduced the school's educational philosophy and teaching staff, emphasizing the importance and significance of this school enterprise cooperation. The school will fully utilize the advantages of enterprise resources to provide high-quality resources and support for talent cultivation in enterprises through practical teaching, scientific research and development, and other methods.

The attending guests jointly unveiled the plaque for the establishment of the Buyang class.

In order to fully leverage the advantages of both schools and enterprises, Buyang Group and Yongkang Hardware Technician College have implemented a "hand in hand" mutual employment between schools and enterprises, with 11 executives from Buyang being appointed as the school's corporate mentors and 4 doctoral expert teams as the school's technical experts. This greatly promotes deep cooperation between the two sides in talent cultivation, technology research and development, skill enhancement, and further realizes the joint construction of schools and enterprises, leading professional development together.

At the training base of the college, students from relevant majors operate various equipment on site, allowing visitors to experience the professional qualities and practical abilities cultivated by the school's practical teaching philosophy. Hu Jinkui, Dean of Buyang Door Industry Research Institute, and Wang Zhongbao, Executive Vice Dean of Yongkang Hardware Technician College, jointly unveiled the plaque for the joint research and development center of Yongkang Hardware Technician College and Buyang Group.

The establishment of Yongkang Hardware Technician College and Buyang Joint R&D Center is not only a technical exchange activity, but also a landmark event that opens up a new model of vocational education.
