As a representative of entrepreneurs who has won the top taxpayer title for seven consecutive years, Xu Buyun, Chairman of Buyang Group, stated in his speech: "Over the past year, the external environment has been complex and volatile, and real manufacturing enterprises have shouldered heavy responsibilities.
